Bio

As a certified birth doula with training through ProDoula and in progress with DONA International, I am passionate about empowering women to trust their bodies and advocate for themselves in birth settings. My approach is centered on asking the right questions, guiding you to make decisions that align with your unique needs. I also offer energy channeling in the birth space to create a harmonious environment for both mother and baby, honoring the powerful transition for you and your baby.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I serve the Greater Nevada region. This includes Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs, Carson City, and Lake Tahoe area.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I am certified as a Labor and Delivery Doula with ProDoula, as well as am certified with the Nevada Certification Board. I also have completed a 2 year walk through the Peruvian Medicine Wheel and hold a certificate through Sky Spirit Shaman.

Q: What's your favorite past client story?

A: My client only pushed 3 times before her baby girl was born! It was so fast that babygirl still had a decent amount of fluids within her lungs. After doing their best, the team decided to call for a NICU evaluation. I asked mama if I could channel Reiki to her daughter, and after 5 mins of Reiki, NICU admission was no longer necessary!
