The first few weeks after you have a baby can be exciting, joyous, exhausting, fearful and a whirlwind. I offer all the support you need so you can deeply rest and recover from the transformational experience of pregnancy and birth - answer questions, hold baby, make meals, light tidying. And I offer lymphatic drainage massage, belly rubs, warming treatments, hands on healing, setting up herbal sitz baths or yoni steams, belly wrapping and more.
