Gentle Sleep
We know you’ve tried everything, and we know you want relief as soon as possible.
A medical study concluded that the majority of developmentally normal, healthy babies do not sleep through the night. So if your little one has yet to sleep through the night, you are NOT alone. We can help you implement the tools to better sleep and hopefully longer stretches for your baby.

Hi, I’m Hali! For 20 years, I’ve supported families in hospitals, homes, and clinics. My passion began early, inspired by my mom, a NICU nurse. I trained as a birth doula, pursued midwifery, and found my calling in postpartum health. I’m an IBCLC, certified doula, holistic sleep coach, and health coach with training in functional nutrition and mental health. I take a whole-person approach to postpartum wellness, helping parents navigate feeding, hormone balance, and newborn care with confidence.
