Morning Star Birth

Emotional. Physical and educational support through pregnancy, birth and even postpartum.
With me you will get two prenatal appointments where we talk about comfort measures, birth plan, and best ways to help prepare for delivery.
I will also be with you for the duration of your labor from the time you request in person support until about two hours after delivery. I'll provide information, position changes for comfort and labor progress.

This is a two hour class where we talk about both medical and non medical ways to keep you comfortable throughout labor. Wear something you can move around in because we'll work through some positions for comfort in the class.
