Postpartum Doulas
During my in home sessions I hold space for your healing as I honor you with healing methods and foods. Sessions can be booked as a single visit or multiple visits over 6-8 weeks.
Included:
Prenatal nesting + preparation session
Ayurvedic, vegan or organic omnivore
meal preparation
Foot bath, herbal bath, sitz bath preperation
Belly binding (Bengkung style)
Newborn care and support
My postpartum planning workbook
Prices can vary from $150 for a two hour pre-birth Prenatal nesting + preparation session (includes my postpartum planning workbook) to $6000 for 8 weeks of service that include 2-3 home visits per week, healing meals and tea preparation, herbal support with healing herbs and sitz baths, belly binding, phone support and postpartum planning workbook.
