Birth Doulas

(One 2 hour meeting or two 1 hour meetings)
•childbirth education (pain relief options, positions, how your partner can help in labor, and the stages of progression)

As your birth doula I aspire to bring your birth vision to life while preparing you for the “what-ifs” that come along with child birth. I meet with expecting parents 1-2 times in the prenatal period to discuss the birth plan, host a childbirth education class, and discuss topics that you may not have thought would be important to your pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period. I support you in your delivery physically and emotionally while you ensure the stages of labor. After we bring your baby into this world and get settled we will also schedule a postpartum meeting where I come to your home and address any lasting concerns you might have about lactation or being a new parent or maybe just helping you get in some rest while I tidy up for you. All of this is usually $1,600 but I am currently offering $1000 off through August 2022.
