I offer affordable 1:1 virtual coaching for moms struggling with postpartum depression and overwhelm. As a certified perinatal coach and mom of 3, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space to feel heard, supported, and less alone. Sessions are 45 minutes. My business model is built on compassionate coaching, not clinical therapy, and is intentionally priced lower to ensure that moms who can't afford traditional therapy still get the support they need
