Description

The first few weeks home from the hospital can be exciting, joyous, exhausting, fearful and a whirlwind. I answer your questions about lactation and newborn care, hold baby so you can take a shower and a nap, entertain older siblings so you can feed baby in peace, change over laundry, swiffer floors and fix lunch to help make this fourth trimester time less overwhelming. This package includes 10 hours of daytime postpartum doula support.

Birth Doulas

Description

As a birth doula, I provide you and your partner with continuous physical, emotional and educational support before, during and just after childbirth. My services include: Two Prenatal Visits (including childbirth and mindful labor technique education); One Postpartum Visit; Labor Support (including reflexology); 24/7 On-call Availability for Labor & Delivery; Lactation Support; Essential Oil Education and Use of Recommended Oils and Diffuser.
