I will strive to provide you with evidence based, and quality researched resources to support your new and growing family instead of the latest fads and trends in social media parenting. Support will look like assistance with lactation needs, pumping, bottle feeding, and general newborn and postpartum body recovery without leaving your home.
I hope to come alongside you in the beginning of your parenting journey with loving care.
35 hour package $1000 flat rate in person with included virtual support Hourly Rate $30 an hour, with a 4 hour minimum for in person support. Virtual Doula – Text and Phone Support $60/week or $600 for 12 weeks
