Value varies: $214-$6,117 depending on Postpartum Meal Plan choice (number of weeks, days/week, partner addition, etc) We deliver 3x/week, fresh, never frozen, chef & postpartum doula curated meals, sips, and snacks to support postpartum. All meals come in glass jars that our delivery team picks up with every subsequent delivery on your schedule. All packaging materials are recycled, biodegradable, and safe for you and your family.

Milky Oat provides nourishment that is carefully curated for replenishing the body after birth. In partnership with local, sustainable, and organic farmers, we focus on a delicious and comforting transition into motherhood. All of our meals are 100% organic: delivered fresh, never frozen. Our menu includes protein rich meals, collagen boosting broths, hormone balancing drinks, and breastfeeding snacks designed to support digestion, lactation, mood, and optimal recovery after birth.

We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area including San Francisco, Marin, Petaluma, East Bay, South San Francisco, and the greater San Jose Area.

How much experience do you have?

Sydney Bliss is a Postpartum Doula & Mothers' Chef with certifications as a Lactation Coach, Women's Yoga Therapy, & in Ayurvedic Nutrition. Dylan Bliss is a renowned Private Wellness Chef who has over a decade of experience serving top clients in SF & LA. Together they founded Milky Oat to bring more mothers nourishment at once in postpartum.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

The team at Milky Oat believes that supporting mothers enables and ensures their own greater vitality in motherhood. It is our intention to deliver wisdom and care through food during one of the most integral phases of a mother’s life.
