Bio

I have been in the field of women's health for over 20 years, and my background & training includes women's bodywork, energy healing, birth & postpartum doula, and clinical nutritionist and naturopathy. My aim is to provide a close connection with women in their most vulnerable time, to provide a 'village' of support, help to nurture and heal their body with traditional techniques, plant medicine & natural remedies, and give advice that helps them navigate the fourth trimester .

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: BHSc Naturopathy, BHSc Nutrition, Doula training (Optimum birth), Infant massage instructor, Abdominal massage therapist, Yoni steam therapist, BodyTalk practitioner, Crystal healing therapist & Reiki levels 1&2

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: Ive been in the field of energy healing & womens work for over 20 years, and completed by Bachelors in nutrition & naturopathy in 2008. I worked as a doula for 3 years 2008-2011. In the past 15 years I have added BodyTalk and Abdominal massage work to my practice.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Have a post partum plan! Engage services from people like me to come and nurture you during the crucial fourth trimester. Ask friends to prepare meals to bring when they visit. The more mama rests and tends to herself, the better her experience, relationships and future health will be!
