Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I am CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) trained and currently working towards completing my certification. I have completed extensive postpartum and breastfeeding courses, and I am CPR certified for infants, young children, and adults.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I serve Virginia Beach and surrounding cities. Locations over a 15 mile radius from the 23451 zip code will require an additional $15 travel fee.

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: I am here to support not just the birth giver but the entire family. My role is not to "replace" the secondary caregiver but to provide guidance to both parents. I believe it's crucial for parents to stay united during this special time.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: My advice is to prioritize self-care and seek support early. Prepare a postpartum plan that includes help with household tasks, meals, and emotional support. Don’t hesitate to ask for help; taking care of yourself is crucial for your baby’s well-being. Embrace rest, nourish your body, and give yourself time to adjust to this new chapter.
