As a daytime postpartum doula, I am here to support you and your family during the precious early days with your newborn. My role is to provide hands-on help with baby care, guide you through breastfeeding challenges, and take care of light household tasks so you can focus on bonding with your little one. I'm dedicated to making sure you feel confident, supported, and well-rested, helping you navigate this new chapter with ease and joy.

My hourly rate is $30, but my packages offer a reduced rate of $28 per hour. I also provide custom package options at the standard rate of $30 per hour. To show my gratitude, I offer a 10% discount to military and first responder families.

What are your certifications and trainings?

I am CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) trained and currently working towards completing my certification. I have completed extensive postpartum and breastfeeding courses, and I am CPR certified for infants, young children, and adults.

What locations or areas do you serve?

I serve Virginia Beach and surrounding cities. Locations over a 15 mile radius from the 23451 zip code will require an additional $15 travel fee.

How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

I am here to support not just the birth giver but the entire family. My role is not to "replace" the secondary caregiver but to provide guidance to both parents. I believe it's crucial for parents to stay united during this special time.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

My advice is to prioritize self-care and seek support early. Prepare a postpartum plan that includes help with household tasks, meals, and emotional support. Don’t hesitate to ask for help; taking care of yourself is crucial for your baby’s well-being. Embrace rest, nourish your body, and give yourself time to adjust to this new chapter.
