Chef Angela provides a customized, health-centered meal prep experience for expecting and postpartum families in Seacoast NH and Southern ME. Meals are prepared fresh in the family's home on a single or multi-week schedule using only whole foods and no processed ingredients. Angela, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, focuses on the dietary needs of the parent(s) so that they can show up nourished for themselves and their baby.
Pricing is a flat rate based on the number of meals being prepared. Starting rates as follows (note: each meal serves 4 portions). 2 Meal Program (8 servings)- $200/week 3 Meal Program (12 servings)- $250/week 4 Meal Program (16 servings)- $300/week Other factors that may affect pricing include location and dietary restrictions. Families within 30 minutes of Rollinsford, NH receive no travel fees.
