About Matrescence Nutrition


Aubrey is a registered functional dietitian specializing in perinatal and pediatric nutrition. She is also a certified lactation counselor and perinatal fitness coach. From fertility and pregnancy, through postpartum and breastfeeding, to infant feeding and beyond, Aubrey uses her nearly 10 years of professional experience, and personal experience as a mom of 4, to support clients in their journey to and through parenthood.


Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I have a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition, am a board certified registered dietitian, a certified lactation counselor, and an integrative and functional nutrition certified practitioner. (I'm also the mom of 4 small humans!)

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: Locally, I serve the Cleveland, Ohio area, but I do most of work virtually!

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: Nearly 10 years, professionally, and almost as much personally as a mom to 4!

Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

A: I specialize in perinatal and pediatric nutrition, everything from getting pregnant, to nourishing the pregnancy, and then moving into postpartum. I also help with the transition to solids, breastfeeding support, and pediatric feeding and growth.
