Description

As some of us may know, motherhood comes with grieving. However, there aren’t welcoming/highly broadcasted spaces that make us feel held, safe, and understood when we go navigate the shock, denial, pain, guilt, anger, depression and acceptance of grieving the many experience we thought motherhood would be. I provide one 45 minute session over zoom to release tension from our womb space, in order to create space for birthing the life we desire.
