Bio
I’m Cynthia and in 2005 I created Mamistad to help first-time pregnant & new moms share the exciting, yet daunting journey of new motherhood. Feeling isolated, I was diagnosed with depression during my only pregnancy. I formed my own first-time pregnant mom group and what was a daunting and worrisome time for me became fun and exciting! Thousands of members later, Mamistad is made up of hundreds of Mama Tribes for moms who are due or delivered their first babies within 3-4 month of each other!

A: I've been forming new mom groups since 2005 and I'm a Certified New Parent Educator (CNPE).
