Birth Doulas
Up to 4 prenatal meetings in your home, continuous in-person labor support at your home and/or birth location, up to 2 postpartum meetings in your home. Frequent communication via email + text, 24/7 availability during your birthing month, backup doulas on-call just in case.
Standard package pricing is $2000 paid in two installments: 50% due at contract signing + remaining 50% due at 36 weeks.

I support families living + birthing within a 45 minute driving radius of downtown Minneapolis.
What are your certifications and trainings?
I'm a yoga instructor, certified birth doula through DONA International, postpartum doula + lactation educator through BADT, with trainings in Spinning Babies, Body Ready Method + Gilligan's Guide. I've studied the Art of Birth + rebozo techniques with Naoli Vinaver. Recent training in Craniosacral therapy with Upledger Institute.
How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
I am a doula for the entire family of the birthing person. I educate, advocate for, support the partner + other family members in the home. As a doula, one of my goals is to relieve some pressure from partners to remember everything + know exactly what to do in each moment. With my support, you can simply be present for the birth of your child.
