Bio

I’m Jill, founder of Mama Outspoken Village, a faith-centered community for moms in the postpartum season and beyond. As a mom who’s experienced perinatal mood challenges, I know how isolating it can feel. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for healing, honest conversation, and connection - so every mom feels seen, heard, and supported on her unique journey.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: I know how isolating early parenthood can feel. My own postpartum journey showed me the power of support and connection. I’m passionate about walking alongside parents-to-be, helping them feel seen, empowered, and supported even before their baby arrives.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I don’t hold formal certifications, but I bring lived experience and firsthand knowledge from surviving postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, coupled with years of supporting and advocating for other moms.

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: I’ve been a mom since the pandemic, navigating postpartum challenges while building a support network for myself and others. I’ve also volunteered with the Postpartum Resource Center of New York since 2017, giving me hands-on experience supporting families through the perinatal period.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: You are the mom you were meant to be. Trust your instincts, embrace your journey, and know that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
