In monthly gatherings, moms can share openly, gain emotional support, and explore healing, growth, and faith in a safe, judgment-free community where they feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I’m Jill, founder of Mama Outspoken Village, a faith-centered community for moms in the postpartum season and beyond. As a mom who’s experienced perinatal mood challenges, I know how isolating it can feel. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for healing, honest conversation, and connection - so every mom feels seen, heard, and supported on her unique journey.
What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
I know how isolating early parenthood can feel. My own postpartum journey showed me the power of support and connection. I’m passionate about walking alongside parents-to-be, helping them feel seen, empowered, and supported even before their baby arrives.
What are your certifications and trainings?
I don’t hold formal certifications, but I bring lived experience and firsthand knowledge from surviving postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, coupled with years of supporting and advocating for other moms.
How much experience do you have?
I’ve been a mom since the pandemic, navigating postpartum challenges while building a support network for myself and others. I’ve also volunteered with the Postpartum Resource Center of New York since 2017, giving me hands-on experience supporting families through the perinatal period.
What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
You are the mom you were meant to be. Trust your instincts, embrace your journey, and know that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
