Mommy and Me Classes
Support in the early weeks and months with a newborn is essential. Mamas Circles are open, supportive communities where we talk about changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones. A place to be in community with other women and know you're not in this alone. We meet in-person (with a virtual option) for 6-weeks to support each other and learn and grow as new parents.
Mamas Circles are offered on a sliding scale of $225-275 per 6-week session.
