Mama Bear Birth Services specializes in preparing your body for the phenomenal event of labor, through pilates. With evidence based childbirth education and birth coaching (doula support), you will also prepare mentally and emotionally, for a practical and positive approach to the changes of pregnancy, childbirth labor, the postpartum period and your transition to parenthood. We strive for empowerment, advocacy, and support for every mama!

Pricing Description

*in person services available in the SF Bay Area

Doula care: $1800-3000 depending on packages

Pilates:
*private sessions $75-$100/session
*group sessions $25-35/session

Available Pilates classes:
*virtual and in person
*Join or create an ongoing pregnant cohort!
*Combine pilates classes with doula care packages or childbirth education for discounts!

Childbirth classes:
$40- 400 depending on packages
