Meal prep and light cooking
Access to evidence-based information and postnatal resources as listed in previous package
Referrals to other professionals within the community, as needed

Virtual Package
A 2-4 hour prenatal planning session to determine your postpartum support plan
Virtual check-ins via Zoom or Facetime, as well as email and text support in-between
Meal delivery service or recipes for you to use at home
Evidence-based information and resources regarding newborn care, postpartum self-care practices, breastfeeding support, and more
Referrals to other professionals within your community, as needed
