The transition to motherhood (or to mothering multiples) can be a rough one. I help Mothers heal from anxiety, depression, or trauma through a variety of holistic techniques. I offer telehealth counseling for Mothers in CA and FL. I also offer Walk n' Talk therapy for Mamas in Santa Clara County and in home Ketamine Assisted Therapy for Clients in the Bay Area (only for postpartum, non breastfeeding Mothers).

My hourly rate is $200. For Ketamine Assisted Therapy, sessions are typically $600 due to the length of the session (3 hours).

Bio

Hello! I'm a Bay Area Mama to 2 little ones and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist through Postpartum Support International. Through my own journey with PPD and my years of work with Mothers in non-profit and hospital settings, I found my passion in helping Mothers feel better. By strengthening the mind-body connection and giving Mothers the loving support and attention that all Mamas deserve, I help Mothers restore their sense of Self and enjoyment in life.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

The transition to motherhood is one of the biggest life adjustments a woman can have. Even in ideal settings, this transition time can feel wildly difficult. I want to give Mamas the thing that I desired the most when I was newly postpartum - a place to safely share what I was really feeling and to get true help in finding my way back to joy.

What are your certifications and trainings?

I am an LCSW and certified through Postpartum Support International as a Perinatal Mental Health therapist. In addition to this I am also certified as a Ketamine Assisted Therapist and an Integrative Mental Health therapist. I am trained in EMDR and IFS and use a variety of techniques that is individualized to what each Mother needs/ wants.

What locations or areas do you serve?

I am licensed to practice in the states of CA and FL. I offer telehealth appointments to Mothers across these states. For Mothers residing in the Bay Area, I offer in home support for Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and Walk n' Talk therapy for Mothers who are wanting to combine their mental health therapy with gentle movement and nature.

How much experience do you have?

I have been working with Mothers in various settings (non profit programs, the maternity unit of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, etc.) for 10 years. I opened my private practice in 2019 in which I exclusively serve and support Mothers with a variety of mental health challenges.
