Bio
I attended my first birth more than 25 years ago and very soon after began actively pursuing birthwork, trading off between midwifery apprenticeships and serving independently as a doula. Given my background, I'm a strong believer in individual family autonomy, true informed consent, and holistic continuity of care that includes extensive postpartum attention. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and long walks. I'm best known for my authenticity, tenacity, and contagious laugh.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I am based in Eugene-Springfield, Oregon and I offer service north to Albany-Corvallis, west to the coast, south to Roseburg, and east to the valley edge.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am certified to practice in Oregon as a Traditional Health Worker (THW) Birth Doula and in Washington state as a certified Birth Doula. I have trained individually as both a Birth and Postpartum Doula through Doulas of North America (DONA) International and as a Lactation Educator through Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA)
