Beyond basic infant care, our hourly holistic postpartum doula services focus on maternal mental health, physical recovery from birth, and nutritional support to help you feel grounded and empowered. Includes womb tending, vaginal steams, herbal baths, holistic mother & baby education, birth processing and emotional support-alongside infant care, lactation support, light housework and cooking/nutritional support.
$55-65/hr
Gentle Sleep
At Louisville Newborn Care, we understand that sleep is essential for both babies and parents. Our gentle sleep support services provide a compassionate, client-led approach to helping families establish healthy sleep habits that work for their unique parenting style. We start working with babies and children at 16 weeks up to 4 years, ensuring they are developmentally ready for sleep learning.
Sleep packages start at $150, hourly rate for overnight sleep support is $40-$45

We want to ensure you get the nourishing meals, restorative sleep, lactation support and expert guidance needed to feel empowered and grounded during this tender and powerful time.
What locations or areas do you serve?
Our postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, night nannies and lactation experts serve all of Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas including Jeffersonville, New Albany and all 15 counties in the Greater Louisville area (included by but not limited to Jefferson, Bullit and Clark).
What are your certifications and trainings?
We have an experienced, highly skilled, vetted team of certified Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, Registered Nurses and Pediatric Sleep Consultants. Every member of our close team has insurance, is certified in infant CPR, has passed an extensive background check and have experience working specifically with newborns.
