Birth doula support includes 3 two-hour-long prenatal visits to prepare for labor and postpartum time. Ongoing check-ins and telephone support prenatally. When labor becomes active,
I offer continuous labor support through your baby's birth. I follow up with 3 prenatal visits within the first two weeks after birth to offer lactation support and the opportunity to process your birth experience.
