Description

We will come to your home and take care of mama and baby. This is mama-centered care where we will tidy up from the day, prep healthy meals, answer all questions regarding newborn care and postpartum healing, and allow mama to rest. This can include helping with newborn bath, swaddles, feedings, diaper changes, baby wearing and sleep schedules.

Pricing Description

Shifts are 4 hours scheduled between 8 am and 8pm. Sliding scale between $250-300 per shift.

Empowered Hospital Birth

Birth Classes

Description

Take our one-day intensive birth class to elevate and empower your birth at the hospital. This course covers physiological birth, medical interventions and inductions, and c-sections. Guided by Elizabeth, she’ll teach you how to advocate for yourself at the hospital, and work on preparing you and your partner to have the empowered birth experience you want.

We mock labor, work through bodily discomforts, learn a variety of coping techniques

Birth Doula

Description

This is our standard birth doula package where we will provide you with monthly zoom check in meetings, 2 in person prenatal meetings, on call birth support, unlimited birthing time support, and 1 postpartum check up. Bonus includes unlimited text support for 6 weeks postpartum, our own PDF collection of helpful topics, and our favorite online resources.
