I’m a maternal & family wellness professional, PPD-ICS Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Positive Parenting Coach, and Early Childhood Specialist. Through Little Oaks Rooted, I provide personalized, family-centered support rooted in education, practical guidance, and my ROOTED approach. In-person locally & virtually nationwide.

How much experience do you have?

I bring 25+ years of professional experience supporting children, parents, and families across early childhood education, family support, developmental services, and program leadership. My experience includes 10+ years in preschool administration, Early Intervention, Developmental Therapy, teaching, family support, and early childhood consulting.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

I’m passionate about supporting parents-to-be because the transition into parenthood can be exciting, overwhelming, and full of questions. I want families to feel prepared, informed, and confident from the beginning, with practical support that honors their unique needs and helps them build a strong foundation for their growing family.

What locations or areas do you serve?

I provide in-person support throughout the Triangle area of North Carolina and virtual services nationwide: Including, overnight doula support, virtual postpartum support, virtual Positive Parent Coaching, newborn education, sleep&routine guidance, and family wellness support. My goal is to provide practical, personalized support wherever you are.
