Hello, friend! We are Sarah Garrett & Lizzie Conrath-- both mothers of four sweeties and owners of Little Light Pediatric Therapies. Our team of nine expert pediatric therapists-- across the disciplines of speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy-- is devoted to partnering with families and children to help babies and children SHINE. We are passionate about providing compassionate and inclusive family-centered care. Thank you for your interest!

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: Together with her husband, Sarah has personally brought four children into the world in 5 years, and Lizzie in 5.5 years! To say we are passionate about young children and supporting mothers is an understatement! We know the demands of birthing and raising infants, and we promise to serve you the best way that we know how-- by EMPOWERING you!
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: Each of our Little Light pediatric therapists have graduate degrees in their treatment area. We also have extensive training and experience in working with the youngest babes!
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: Our Little Light Pediatric Therapies clinic is located in Whitefish Bay, WI. We serve the greater Milwaukee area-- and we also provide virtual services for children and families across the state of Wisconsin. Please email us at [email protected] to see if our team can serve your family!
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Hi, Mama. Our best advice for you is to be gentle with yourself. Your body, soul, and entire BEING will be transformed through this process of becoming a mother. You will have long days and sleepless nights. You will question and doubt yourself and your capabilities. Just know that you are doing BEAUTIFULLY. Believe in yourself. Take care of YOU!
Q: What's your favorite past client story?
A: This is not necessarily a favorite past client story-- just a note that we hear EXCEPTIONAL praise from our parents who are very detail-oriented and did not otherwise know where to turn for steps in facilitating their baby's development. No handbook exists for being a parent-- but we'd love to help guide you and sweet Babe!!

The perfect baby shower gift does not exi---
Enter: The Shine, Baby, Shine Developmental Well-Check Program! This program is especially designed for the doting parents who want to optimally facilitate their baby's development-- but who are not quite sure how to do so. We offer parents five individual Wellness Visits to be used in their baby's first 18 months of life. Wellness sessions will be booked with an expert PT, OT, or speech therapist.
Pricing Description
The cost of the five Developmental Wellness visits is $350. The fee can be paid by the child's parents, grandparents, friends, etc! As recent first-time parents, ourselves, we would have LOVED this type of group gift at a baby shower!
