Birth Classes

Description

This class covers everything you need to know about labor, birth and beyond. We cover labor stages, how to move your body for the easiest birth, what to expect throughout, newborn care, as well as a breast feeding class. This class will prepare you to have the best possible outcome for your birth and afterward.

Pricing Description

The class is 2x per week for 3 weeks totalling 12 hours of instruction.
Price is $375 and includes class materials as well
