Bio
The Cheffy Doula was birthed in 2025 from two businesses that I created: a personal chef service in 2015, and a doula business in 2020. With 16+ years of culinary experience & 4+ years of doula experience, everything has come full circle. My goal is to provide physical, emotional, mental, educational, & nutritional support to parents by supporting with a mix of humility, heart, facts, & food. Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: The DC metro area including P.G. County, Montgomery County, Fairfax, Arlington, & Alexandria VA.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I'm a mom myself and I have experienced both the gnarly/terrifying side and the joyous side of pregnancy and postpartum, without additional support outside of my spouse. It's a privilege to be able to provide that multi-faceted support to other parents as their family grows.

Description
Prior to care starting, we’ll complete a postpartum plan together to assess you and your family’s needs and priorities. You’ll get:
• Customized daytime or overnight support that fits your family: options include packages for 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks; support can also be booked by the day
• Physical support and guidance for postpartum healing
• Support with self-care
• Help with caring for baby, feeding, light household help, & other resources

Food for Little Feet

Description
1.5 hours reserved for nutrition discussion
A menu curated just for you based on where you are in pregnancy/postpartum
Grocery shopping, meals prepped in your kitchen, & clean-up
-Weekly service: 5 meals (2 servings each, totaling in 10 individual meals) + easy grab-n-go breakfast (4 servings of one meal) OR
-Biweekly service: 5 meals (4 servings of each, totaling in 20 individual meals) + easy grab-n-go breakfast (8 servings of one meal)

$400 per service (not including the cost of groceries)

Birth Doulas
Description
• 2 Prenatal visits and Monthly Check-Ins
• Childbirth Education Class
• 1 Perinatal Nutrition Session
• 6 Postpartum visits
• Birth plan assistance + resources
• 24 hour on-call availability starting at 37 weeks until your baby is born
• Continuous birth support (apart from short breaks for meals and rest as time allows)
• Baby feeding support
• Referral services for: health + wellness coach, postpartum physical training, lactation
