I am a newborn care specialist, sleep consultant, and lactation counselor in training. I have 5 years of professional experience working with newborns, infants, and toddlers. I approach each family and infant as they are, unique! I personalize care to help simplify sleep and feeding routines for the first 12-16 weeks of your baby’s life.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: In a time where we desperately need community, through working as a nanny and newborn care specialist, i found a way to meet that need. There is a heavy focus today on birth planning, but having a plan for support around postpartum is just as essential. I love being a part of the care team that guides families through postpartum and beyond.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am certified as a sleep consultant and trained in newborn care, car seat safety, sleep safety, breastfeeding management, and bottle feeding.

A: I live in Chula Vista and serve all counties of San Diego.

Specializing in sleep routines, feeding support, and focusing on baby-related tasks so you can spend more time resting and bonding with your baby. I offer guidance on breast and bottle feeding, infant safety, and general baby care. Services are offered day or overnight.
Pricing Description
Prices vary between day or night services, travel requirements, and the number of days or nights you prefer each week.
Ex. Daytime care, 20 hours: $700
Ex. Overnight care, 30 hours: $1200
