Bio
When I had my twin girls in 2009, I also had a one-year-old son, a husband without paternity leave and birth complications that left me in fragile health. Out o this personal experience and with a background in small-business, my company Let Mommy Sleep was born. The Washington DC location opened in 2010 and we now serve families throughout the US

A: Anywhere in the US
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: My top piece of advice is to stay flexible. There are lots of books written about "getting baby on a schedule" but the fact is your baby hasn't read those books and your toddler may have other plans when baby #2 arrives! You got this!
