Maternity coaching includes monthly planning sessions and weekly check-ins for lifestyle, fitness and mindset coaching as well as birth planning & virtual labor support.

In-person doula support (St. Louis area) includes prenatal meetings, on call around due date, and continuous emotional, physical, and psychological support in labor.

You may choose to only do one or bundle them together. (I can create a custom packages.)
