Postpartum Doulas
The most extensive postpartum support package includes two support sessions for 3 hours a week for 6 weeks. Each time in your home will be adjusted to meet your needs for that day. Services can include: birth story processing, preparing nourishing food, drinks & snacks in your home, suggesting movement routines to encourage blood flow and healing, herbal steams and baths, light housekeeping.
Sliding scale dependent on service selected. Pricing starts at $80 ranges up to $2000.
