Hi there! My name is Lana Mihaiyu & I'm a SD-based mama and birthworker.

As a certified lactation counselor + postpartum doula, I am here to support, advise, and nurture new families.  I want you to thrive in your new roles, coast through the challenges, and celebrate the victories! I offer evidence-based guidance, hands-on help, encouragement & food therapy to optimize recovery, instill confidence, and promote parent-baby bonding.

Pricing Description

Postpartum Packages range from $35 - $75/hr.

4-hour min per session and min investment of 12 hours of postpartum support.

**I offer payment plan options and military discount, as needed
