Postpartum Doulas
I provide up to 10 hours a care per shift with a maximum of 20 hours per week. This can include two overnight shifts or several day shifts. Shifts include caring for the baby while you rest or complete household chores. This also includes me doing light household chores while you spend time with the baby.
Daytime hours are $25/hr and nighttime hours are $30/hr. An overnight shift (10 hours) is $280.
Birth Doulas
As a birth doula I provide 24/7 text and call support, 2 1- hour long prenatal visit, labor support, and a postpartum visit.
I only offer one package which is a fee of $550. I love to service everyone that feels they need support, so I offer a sliding scale fee on a need-base system.
Birth Classes
We discuss some things to expect in a hospital setting, mindfulness, stages and phases of labor, newborn care, and various other topics to reduce fear surrounding birth in order to prepare for positive birth outcomes.
Private classes for birth clients are an additional $50 to their total. Private classes for non-clients are $150 and group classes are $125
