Our Prep4Partner™ class equips you with essential skills and knowledge to ensure the birth partner can provide exceptional support during labor, birth and into the postpartum period. Through practical exercises, communication techniques, and hands-on practice, partners will learn how to effectively comfort, advocate for, and assist the birther. This class fosters teamwork and confidence, ensuring partners feel prepared and connected!

Pricing Description

Prep4Partner™ is offered regularly in group classes for $180 per couple, or can be scheduled privately at a time of mutual convenience for $500.

Attendance is included at no additional cost as part of Knoxville Hospital Doula’s Birth Support Package for birth doula clients.

Prenatal Yoga + Fitness

Description

As a certified birth doula and RYT200 with extra training in prenatal yoga, Ali Cohen (@knoxvillehospitaldoula) offers private and group prenatal yoga classes focused on integrating breath work and movement. Suitable for all trimesters and levels of experience, prenatal yoga classes incorporate a grounding practice to connect with your breath and baby, and flow through safe and supportive postures to help you feel centered, nurtured and relaxed.

Pricing Description

Group classes: $15 per class or $120 for 10 class pack
Private classes: $75 per hour or $600 for 10 class pack

Pricing Description

Birth Support Package: $2,500- includes 2 in person prenatal planning meetings, on call support from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy, continuous in person support through labor and birth, and 1 postpartum visit.

Prenatal Yoga: $15 per group class or $75 per private class, multi class packages available for a discounted rate
