Postpartum Doulas
I offer between 3-8 hours of postpartum support a day. During my visit, I may offer:
- parenting education such as how to change diapers, bathing, breast/bottle feeding, sterilizing, safe sleep, and how to play with baby
- taking over baby support so you can take care of your needs (sleep, shower, eating, quality time with your partner, attending appointments)
- household support such as tidying, cooking, organizing
…and so much more!
Prices start at $35 an hour. I also offer the following packages: - 12 hour package for $400 ($33/hour) - 30 hour package for $900 ($30/hour) - 60 hour package for $1700 ($28/hour)
