Kindred Cradle Doula Services

For night time visits, I'll help establish a good sleep routine with the family, help with baths, feeding, dinner, washing & sanitizing bottles and pump parts, and being sure that everyone gets enough rest!

For day time visits, I help cook & meal prep to make sure everyone stays fed! Having a baby makes people forget to take care of themselves, and that's what I'm there for! I take care of baby while mom gets to shower & nap.
