These private classes cover the how, when, and why of labor and birth tailored to meet your specific needs and requests. We cover topics such as the anatomy of labor and birth, the stages of labor, common interventions, what to expect from a cesarean birth, the welcoming hour, and what to expect postpartum. Each class is up to 2 hours long and we will meet for 3 classes in your home or virtually via Zoom.

A private prenatal infant feeding class that will equip you with the things you need to know to help your feeding journey get off to a great start. This class is for those who plan to breast/chest feed, bottle feed, or do a mixture of both. This is a 2-hour class that meets once.

Virtual 2-hour private session to help you create a registry of items that align with your lifestyle and goals for life with a baby. My years of experience as a mother, labor and postpartum doula, and childbirth educator will help guide you toward the best choices for your needs. After the virtual session, a detailed, personalized list of registry suggestions will be emailed to you.

Designed to help parents transition to life with a newborn, this class takes place in your home. Using the items you've acquired for Baby, this is a hands-on approach to learning how to care for your little one before they arrive. The class is up 6 hours long and we will meet 2-3 times.

2 hours of private education on the basics of breastfeeding before your baby arrives
