After my own struggles with postpartum anxiety, undiagnosed ADHD, and autism, I realized that much of what we call “normal” postpartum suffering is a result of a society that doesn’t support moms. Through placenta encapsulation and personalized support, I help moms take proactive steps to prevent postpartum anxiety and create a postpartum experience that feels good—their way. Because struggling shouldn’t be the price we pay for motherhood.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: I’ve been supporting the perinatal community in South Jersey and surrounding areas since 2012 in a variety of roles. As a placenta specialist, I’ve been processing placentas since February 2012 and have had the honor of serving over 1,500 families.

Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

A: I serve anyone who needs me, but most of my clients are ADHD moms or those prone to anxiety. Many are perfectionists, people-pleasers, and proactive moms who refuse to just wing it. They know society isn’t set up to support moms, so they take charge and create a plan that actually works for them.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I serve South and Central New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware for my Just the Pills and More Than Just the Pills packages. My workshop is in Cherry Hill, NJ, and I take placenta clients within 90 minutes of zip code 08034. For virtual support, my Everything But the Pills package helps moms create a plan to avoid postpartum anxiety.
