Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

A: I specialize in supporting neurodivergent mothers (ADHD and Autism). My services are designed to address executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, and the unique challenges of postpartum life for ND brains. I also welcome all moms seeking practical, non-judgmental support, but my expertise lies in neuro-affirming care.

A: I serve South Jersey with the following radius: Lighten the Load: Within a 30-minute drive of Cherry Hill (08034). Placenta Encapsulation: Within a 90-minute drive of Cherry Hill (08034).

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Normalize needing help before you hit rock bottom. For neurodivergent moms, the "invisible load" (laundry, meals, meds) often triggers burnout and PMADs long before clinical depression sets in. Hire support early. Protecting your executive function is protecting your mental health.
