Birth Doulas
I specialize in daytime support with a focus on rest and recovery for the birthing parent and helping new parents gain confidence in caring for their newborn. My services include: Emotional support , infant care education and support, infant feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding), postpartum comfort measures, nutritious meal preparation, help in maintaining the home, caring for infant/siblings so parents can rest or shower.
$45 per hour
