Bio
I am a mother of three amazing adults and grandmother to two rascally and exuberant grandsons. I am passionate about supporting women from prenatal to postpartum. Since every baby gets to be born only one time, my goal is to help babies have a gentle and loving entry into the world and their moms to feel confident and empowered throughout the birth process. Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Follow your instincts! It's your birth. It's important for you to feel empowered to birth in the way that feels right to you!
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am a DONA certified doula, Body Ready Method Pro, and I use Spinning Baby techniques. I am also a Midwife Assistant and believe in physiologic birth.

Description
The doula support I provide includes:
• A Body Ready Method Assessment and follow up
• Two prenatal consultations - approximately 1½ to 2 hours each
• 24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks or earlier if you are showing signs of labor
• Continuous labor and birth support including 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care
• One postpartum consultation - approximately 1 hour
Pricing Description
The fee for my services is charged on a sliding scale as follows:
If you and your partner have a combined annual income of less than $75,000 my fee is $500, if it is between $75,000 and $100,000 my fee is $750, and if it is between $100,000 and $125,000 then my fee is $1,000. Finally, if your combined income is over $125,000 my fee is $1,250. Since our relationship is built on trust, I will honor the fee that you feel is right for you.
