Postpartum Doulas
I offer mental health check ins, light cleaning, cooking, care for infant or older siblings , overnight sleep support , every post partum package is tailored individually to your families needs!
$30 an hour Reduced rate available
Birth Doulas
In my full Package I offer 2 Prenatals, phone/ text support, birth & postpartum preference planning , in person labor and delivery support, and 2 Postpartum Visits.
I offer a sliding scale fee for families in need please reach out for more information about that $1,000 is the full fee.

Hi friends! I am a full spectrum doula. A bit about me professionally: I am certified through Birth With Spirit. Alongside BWS trainings, I have taken multiple different types of childbirth education, mental health workshops, & continuously further my education. I'm CPR certified & have Emergency Readiness training. I am also a childcare provider & I have my N.a.t.c.e.p (CNA) certification.
