I provide at-home or virtual pelvic floor physical therapy sessions. My areas of specialty include pelvic pain, incontinence, urinary urgency/frequency, constipation and prenatal and postpartum related conditions. I truly love what I do and I am passionate about incorporating exercise and wellness into an individualized treatment plan to help each client reach their goals.
$200/1 hour at-home session $150/45 minute virtual session
