Birth Doulas

Description

Includes in person or virtual support for the entire growing family. 1-2 prenatal visits/chats. We cover birth preferences, fears, hopes, comfort measures and postpartum planning. Labor support. I am with you from the moment you call me up to a few hours after birth. I provide intial breastfeeding support. 1 postpartum visit/chat. We cover the emotional health of both birthing person and partner, and siblings. We discuss resources available.
