A: I've always been passionate about helping others and I'm so happy I found my way into birth work. I was a doula before I had my daughter, but being a mom myself has made me even more passionate about supporting families- of all kinds- as they enter their wild journey of parenting.

A: -Bachelor's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies -Certified Family Life Educator -Certified Postpartum Doula -Licensed HSI CPR Instructor -Integrative Lactation & Feeding Specialist -Mom
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: You do you! There are so many voices out there telling you to do this, that, or the other. Listen to your inner voice and find what feels authentic to you and is the best choice for your family. If you don't know all the options, reach out for guidance!
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I'm based in Reno, NV but lucky for you, I can support you anywhere you live with virtual options!
