About Jasmine Rose Doula Services
Bio
I began my professional career as a Natural Chef with a holistic nutrition and culinary background, I focused heavily on the nutritional needs of pregnant and postpartum women. After the birth of my second daughter, I transitioned to teaching prenatal yoga and from there took a birth and postpartum doula training in 2017. I love incorporating Ayurvedic practices, whole food nutrition and gentle but strong yoga practices into my doula support, as well as Birthing From Within story telling and art

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I have an office based in Eugene, OR and can travel as far as 90 minutes outside of the Eugene area for home, birth center or hospital births.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: My training took place with Doula Trainings International in January of 2017 and began working right away. Some of my first birth experiences were VBAC births, and now something I have a lot of experience with. I also trained with DTi to become a doula trainer in 2020 and my childbirth education training with Birthing From Within in 2024.

We will start with a free connection call to help determine if I am a good fit for your birth team.
3+ prenatal visits will take place in my office located in the 5th street marketplace or your home and will focus on meeting you where you’re at with education, hands-on labor practice and sometimes yoga. We will build trust and confidence leading up to your labor. Following your birth my doula support includes 2 postpartum visits in your home.
