Interwoven Care

Home Vists Perinatal Care includes fully body massage or yoga along side support for new parents. I am a trained in prenatal and postpartum yoga strengthening and recovery, and also have specialized massage training in pregnancy and acupressure for labor. Sessions can be crafted to suit your families unique needs. Some families schedule back to back sessions for the birthing parent and other support partners!
