Description

Our Labor Prep sessions addresses everything you need to have a strong, active pregnancy, confident labor and proactive postpartum healing journey. The postpartum sessions includes feeding posture, body mechanics to support a healing body and any other postpartum concerns a person may have.

Pricing Description

1.5 hour Initial Evaluation: $175
1 hour treatments (virtual or in-person): $150
*In-home visits are available after the Evaluation

We recommend at least 4-6 visits during pregnancy and 3-5 visits postpartum.

*HSA/FSA health savings accounts can be used for payment
* Reimbursement for your visits may be an option pending out of network insurance coverage
